Aesthetics To Go is a clinical operating platform that connects patients with licensed providers. We do not practice medicine, supervise treatment, or make clinical decisions. Each provider operates independently.
All providers on the platform are 1099 independent contractors, not employees. They set their own prices, control their schedules, and are independently responsible for all clinical decisions and treatment outcomes.
All providers must hold an active, unrestricted license as a PA-C, NP, or MD/DO and must maintain current malpractice insurance and supervisory agreements as required by their state.
The AI diagnostic simulator provides visualizations for consultation and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of treatment results.
All protected health information is handled in compliance with HIPAA. Our full privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy & HIPAA Disclosures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
By accessing or using the Aesthetics To Go website (aestheticstogo.com), mobile application, or any services provided through the platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform including website visitors, patients seeking aesthetic treatments, and licensed providers offering services through the Platform. Additional terms may apply to specific features or services and will be presented at the time of use.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Aesthetics To Go is a clinical operating platform that connects patients with licensed, credentialed aesthetic providers who deliver concierge Botox, dermal filler, hair restoration, and related aesthetic treatments at patients' homes and offices.
The Platform provides technology infrastructure including a mobile electronic health record (EHR), AI diagnostic simulator, scheduling system, payment processing, and wholesale medical supply access. The Platform facilitates the connection between patients and providers but does not itself provide medical services.
Aesthetics To Go does not practice medicine. We do not employ providers, supervise clinical care, make treatment recommendations, or control clinical decisions. All medical services are provided by independent, licensed providers who are solely responsible for the care they deliver.
Patients: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform or receive services. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Providers: To join the provider network, you must hold an active, unrestricted license as a Physician Assistant (PA-C), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician (MD/DO) in the state where you intend to practice. You must maintain current professional liability and malpractice insurance, a valid collaborative or supervisory agreement as required by your state's practice act, and training and experience in aesthetic injections. All credentials are verified during our onboarding process.
All providers on the Platform are independent contractors (1099) and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or partners of Aesthetics To Go. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship between Aesthetics To Go and any provider. Providers are responsible for their own tax obligations, including self-employment taxes, estimated tax payments, and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
Each provider is independently and solely responsible for all clinical decisions, treatment plans, patient assessments, injection techniques, product selection, informed consent, adverse event management, and treatment outcomes. Providers must adhere to the standard of care applicable to their profession and licensure. Aesthetics To Go does not supervise, direct, or control the clinical aspects of any treatment.
Providers must maintain an active, unrestricted professional license, current malpractice insurance with adequate coverage for the procedures they perform, and all supervisory or collaborative agreements required by their state throughout their participation on the Platform. Providers must immediately notify Aesthetics To Go of any change in licensure status, insurance coverage, or disciplinary actions.
Providers agree to use only FDA-approved products sourced from authorized distributors, maintain sterile technique and infection control protocols, carry emergency supplies including hyaluronidase, complete HIPAA-compliant documentation for every treatment using the Platform's EHR, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Providers set their own pricing for treatments. Aesthetics To Go facilitates payment processing and directs funds to the provider's designated bank account. For founding providers, the Platform charges zero monthly fees and zero merchant processing fees. Fee structures may change in the future with advance notice. Providers are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax.
Aesthetics To Go reserves the right to suspend or terminate provider access at any time for violation of these Terms, failure to maintain required credentials, patient safety concerns, fraudulent or dishonest conduct, or any behavior that undermines the integrity of the Platform. Providers may voluntarily deactivate their account at any time by providing written notice to info@aestheticstogo.com.
All medical treatments require informed consent between the patient and the treating provider. The patient acknowledges that aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks and that outcomes vary by individual. The patient is responsible for disclosing their complete medical history, medications, allergies, and any contraindications to their provider.
While Aesthetics To Go verifies provider credentials during onboarding, patients are encouraged to review provider profiles, credentials, and any available reviews before booking. The choice of provider is the patient's responsibility. Aesthetics To Go does not guarantee the availability of any specific provider.
Cancellation and refund policies are established by each individual provider. Patients should review their provider's specific policies before booking an appointment. Aesthetics To Go facilitates payment processing but does not control provider pricing, cancellation terms, or refund decisions.
The AI diagnostic simulator is provided for educational and consultation purposes only. Visualizations are computer-generated approximations based on facial mapping algorithms and do not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of treatment results. Actual outcomes depend on individual anatomy, product response, injection technique, and other clinical factors. All treatment decisions should be made in consultation with your licensed provider.
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, AI models, EHR systems, scheduling algorithms, and all other materials — is the property of Aesthetics To Go or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from Aesthetics To Go. The "Aesthetics To Go" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Aesthetics To Go and may not be used without authorization.
Providers retain ownership of their own clinical notes and patient records. However, by using the Platform's EHR, providers grant Aesthetics To Go a limited license to store, process, and transmit such records as necessary to provide the Platform's services in compliance with HIPAA.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
General: Providing false or misleading information during registration or use of the Platform. Attempting to access another user's account or data. Interfering with the operation of the Platform through technical means. Using the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content. Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of Platform content.
Providers: Practicing outside the scope of your license. Performing treatments without appropriate informed consent. Using non-FDA-approved or counterfeit products. Failing to maintain required documentation. Misrepresenting credentials, experience, or qualifications. Engaging in fee-splitting or kickback arrangements prohibited by law.
Patients: Providing false medical history or information to providers. Attempting to obtain prescription medications or controlled substances through the Platform. Harassing, threatening, or abusing providers.
Platform Provided "As Is": The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No Medical Advice: Content on the Platform, including blog posts, FAQs, treatment descriptions, and AI simulator visualizations, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions.
No Guarantee of Results: Aesthetics To Go does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes, provider availability, appointment scheduling, or the accuracy of AI simulator visualizations. Individual treatment results vary.
Third-Party Services: The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services including payment processors, form handlers, and analytics providers. Aesthetics To Go is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aesthetics To Go, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
Aesthetics To Go is not liable for any medical treatment outcomes, adverse reactions, complications, or injuries resulting from services provided by independent providers through the Platform. All clinical liability rests with the treating provider.
In no event shall Aesthetics To Go's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform exceed the amount you have paid to Aesthetics To Go in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aesthetics To Go, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to: your use of the Platform; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; any content you submit to the Platform; or, in the case of providers, any medical treatment or clinical services you provide through the Platform.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Aesthetics To Go at info@aestheticstogo.com. We will attempt to resolve your concern within thirty (30) days of receipt.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy & HIPAA Disclosures, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including protected health information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at the time of use for specific features or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aesthetics To Go regarding your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, regarding the Platform.
