Requirements

What We Look For

Non-negotiable clinical standards.
1

Active Professional License

You must hold a current, unrestricted license as a physician (MD/DO), nurse practitioner, or physician assistant in the state where you intend to practice. No exceptions. Every license is verified during our credentialing process before you can accept appointments.

2

Aesthetic Injection Experience

Aesthetics To Go is a clinical operating system, not a training program. You must have training and hands-on experience in aesthetic injections including neurotoxins and dermal fillers. We recommend AAAMS, IAPAM, or other accredited certification programs for providers entering the field.

3

Malpractice Insurance

All providers must carry their own professional liability and malpractice insurance with coverage adequate for the aesthetic procedures they perform. Proof of active insurance is required during onboarding.

4

Supervisory Compliance

Nurse practitioners and physician assistants must maintain a valid collaborative or supervisory agreement as required by their state's practice act. The operating system's EHR produces exportable SOAP notes and treatment records for supervising physician chart review.

5

Professional Standards

We expect providers to follow the same clinical protocols used in medical offices - sterile technique, FDA-approved products only, proper cold-chain storage, infection control, and emergency preparedness including hyaluronidase for filler complications.

6

Patient-First Mindset

Mobile aesthetic care is built on trust. We look for providers who prioritize clinical outcomes over sales volume, communicate transparently with patients, and treat every home visit with the professionalism of a medical office encounter.

Clinical Governance

Built for the Standard of Care Your License Demands.

Mobile aesthetics is a regulated clinical practice, not a delivery service. Aesthetics To Go is built around the supervisory, documentation, and insurance requirements that licensed providers actually face - so the platform supports your scope of practice instead of working around it.

State-Specific Supervisory Frameworks

Supervisory and collaborative requirements vary by state and by license type. We map the framework that applies to your license in your territory before your first appointment, and we maintain auditable records of every supervisory touchpoint.

Malpractice Insurance Integration

Coverage requirements for mobile aesthetic practice differ from clinic-based coverage. We coordinate with carriers experienced in concierge aesthetic medicine and integrate proof-of-coverage into your provider profile.

Adverse-Event Protocols

Every provider on the platform operates under a documented adverse-event protocol covering vascular occlusion, hypersensitivity reactions, and post-procedure escalation. The protocol is accessible from your mobile device on every visit.

Audit-Ready Documentation

Lot numbers, units administered, consent capture, and SOAP notes are encrypted and exportable. Records are formatted for sharing with supervising physicians, state board inquiries, or carrier audits without manual reconstruction.

Specific regulatory requirements are state-dependent. We confirm the framework applicable to your license during onboarding.

Common Questions

Provider FAQ

What credentials do I need?

Active, unrestricted licensure as a physician (MD/DO), nurse practitioner, or physician assistant. Current malpractice insurance coverage. A valid collaborative or supervisory agreement where state scope requires it. Aesthetics To Go verifies all credentials and maps your state-specific framework during onboarding.

Can I do this alongside my clinical job?

Yes. The platform is designed for licensed providers building a concierge aesthetic practice on their own schedule. You set your travel radius, availability, and patient volume. Many providers operate on Aesthetics To Go alongside existing clinical employment, scaling from a single patient per month to a full caseload as their panel grows.

How does the supervising physician relationship work?

You maintain your own collaborative or supervisory agreement as required by your state's practice act. The platform's clinical operating system produces encrypted, exportable SOAP notes and treatment records that can be shared with your supervising physician for chart review, or with state boards or insurance carriers if requested.

What if I'm new to aesthetics?

You must be trained and experienced in aesthetic injections before joining. Aesthetics To Go is a clinical operating system, not a training program. We recommend AAAMS, IAPAM, or other accredited injection certification programs for providers entering the field.

How do patients find me?

Pre-qualified patient consultations are routed to credentialed providers based on territory and clinical specialty. You receive appointment requests through the provider app, confirm availability, and deliver treatments at the patient's home or office. The platform handles discovery, scheduling, and payment infrastructure.

Am I an employee or independent contractor?

You operate as a 1099 independent contractor. You set your own prices, choose your patients, define your service menu, and make all clinical decisions. Aesthetics To Go provides the technology and operational infrastructure under your Provider agreement - you run your practice.
