About Aesthetics To Go

The clinical operating system built for mobile aesthetic providers.

Aesthetics To Go exists because licensed providers shouldn't need a clinic lease, a front desk, or a SaaS subscription to build a thriving aesthetic practice. We built the infrastructure so they can focus on what they do best — treating patients.

Why We Exist

The Problem We Solve

The Problem

Traditional aesthetics is built on overhead.

Licensed physicians, NPs, and PAs entering aesthetic medicine face a structural choice. Practice independently and you carry every fixed cost — clinical real estate, front-desk staff, EHR subscription, supplier contracts, lead generation. Or accept a clinic-based employment role where the employer captures most of the value created by your clinical work. The operating model rewards the asset, not the license. Traditional aesthetic employment is built around the clinic — its lease, its overhead, its patient pipeline — not around the provider whose license makes the practice billable in the first place.

Our Solution

Replace the clinic asset with clinical infrastructure.

Aesthetics To Go is a mobile clinical operating system built around the licensed provider, not the building. Under the Provider agreement, providers receive the full clinical infrastructure traditionally reserved for the clinic owner — mobile EHR, smart scheduling, credentialed lead flow, integrated payments, wholesale supply access, and clinical governance. The fixed overhead of running a practice — lease, staffing, marketing — is absorbed by the operating system during the launch period. Providers retain clinical autonomy, set their own schedule, and operate as 1099 independent contractors with their own malpractice and supervisory frameworks. The clinic asset disappears. The clinical practice scales with you.

The Operating System

What We Built

18+ months of development.
📋

Mobile EHR

Purpose-built for mobile aesthetics. Structured SOAP charting, digital consent capture, injection site mapping, lot number and expiration tracking, before-and-after photo documentation. Complete your chart before you leave the patient's driveway.

📅

Smart Scheduling

AI-powered scheduling clusters appointments by geography to minimize windshield time. Providers set their own availability, travel radius, and patient capacity. The system optimizes routes automatically so providers see more patients per shift.

💰

Zero-Fee Payments

Integrated payment processing with banking and merchant fees absorbed during the launch period as part of your Provider agreement. Perform a treatment, receive the full payout via direct deposit. The transition to a transparent post-launch fee schedule is disclosed in the agreement, not after the fact.

💊

Wholesale Supply Access

Volume pricing on Botox, dermal fillers, and clinical supplies through the network's aggregated purchasing power. Lower your cost-per-unit without negotiating individual supplier contracts or meeting minimum orders alone.

🔒

HIPAA Infrastructure

All patient data — charting, consents, photos, medical records, treatment notes — encrypted and stored in a HIPAA-compliant environment. Exportable records for supervising physician review. Built for clinical compliance from day one.

Our Mission

Give every licensed aesthetic provider the technology to build an independent concierge practice with zero fixed overhead — and give them the clinical infrastructure traditionally reserved for the clinic owner, on terms aligned with their license.

We believe the future of aesthetic medicine is mobile, provider-led, and regulated as clinical practice. The clinic model served its era. The clinical operating system serves what comes next.

Non-Negotiable

Our Clinical Standards

These apply to every provider in the network.
1

Licensed Providers Only

Every provider on Aesthetics To Go holds an active, unrestricted license as a physician (MD/DO), nurse practitioner, or physician assistant. No exceptions. No estheticians performing injections. No unlicensed personnel. Every license is verified during our credentialing process.

2

Malpractice Insurance Required

All providers must carry their own professional liability and malpractice insurance. Coverage must be active and adequate for the aesthetic procedures they perform. Proof of insurance is verified before any provider can accept appointments.

3

Supervisory Compliance

Providers maintain collaborative or supervisory agreements as required by their state's practice act. The mobile EHR produces clean, exportable SOAP notes and treatment records that can be shared with supervising physicians for chart review.

4

FDA-Approved Products Only

All injectable products used through Aesthetics To Go — neurotoxins and dermal fillers — must be FDA-approved and sourced from authorized distributors. Proper cold-chain storage and handling protocols are required. No counterfeit or gray-market products.

5

HIPAA-Compliant Documentation

Every treatment is documented with structured SOAP notes, digital consents, injection site mapping, unit and volume counts, lot numbers and expiration dates, and before-and-after photos. All data is encrypted and stored in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

6

Sterile Technique & Emergency Protocols

Providers follow the same sterile technique and infection control protocols used in medical offices. Emergency supplies and protocols for adverse reactions — including hyaluronidase for filler complications — are required in every mobile clinical kit.
